Supply Chain Risk and Watchlist

Track risky parts with risk scores, trend signals, and watchlist monitoring.

Supply Chain Risk helps procurement teams identify vulnerable components before shortages or obsolescence affect production.

What is evaluated

Each part receives a risk score (0–100) and level based on these signals:

  • Lifecycle status — EOL or NRND from supplier data
  • Global stock level — graduated by total available quantity
  • Supplier coverage ratio — share of supply sources that have stock (e.g. 3/15 vs 10/15)
  • Single-source risk — 1 supplier with stock ⇒ critical; 2 ⇒ high (level override)
  • Price trend — week-over-week price increase
  • Stock trend — week-over-week stock decrease

Risk levels

Score-to-level mapping:

  • 0–24 → low
  • 25–49 → medium
  • 50–74 → high
  • 75–100 → critical

Single-source override: 1–2 supply sources with stock always map to at least high (2) or critical (1).

You can see risk level, score, global stock, and trend directly on supported part views.
