Watchlists and Team Part Numbers
Organize watched components with personal/team scopes and internal ERP part numbers.
Watchlists and Team Part Numbers let sourcing teams standardize how critical components are tracked and referenced.
Watchlist scopes
When adding a watched part, you choose the scope:
Personal: visible only to your userTeam: visible to all members of your team
Use Dashboard > Watchlist to switch between both scopes and search quickly.
Search and filters
Watchlist search supports:
- Manufacturer part number (MPN)
- Manufacturer name
- Team item number
- Risk level text
Rows prioritize risk visibility, including score, trend direction, and global stock.
Team part numbers
On each part detail page, team members can save an internal part number (for example ERP or PLM code).
Team part numbers are team items. Every item that uses a part number is shown:
- On the part detail page
- In watchlist rows
- On search results, next to each part number
- In search autocomplete suggestions (team-aware)
Permissions
- Personal watchlist rows are private per user.
- Team watchlist rows and team part numbers follow team membership access.
- Super admins can access all rows for administration.
