Managing Your Subscription
- Navigate to Dashboard → Billing
- Select a plan
- Complete checkout via Stripe
- Your limits update after payment confirmation. If they do not update, contact support.
Usage Tracking
Search usage resets on the 1st of each month. You can monitor usage from the dashboard.
When you exceed your monthly search limit, API requests return a
429 Rate limit exceeded error.Plan changes and cancellation
Self-service billing may be temporarily unavailable; contact support for plan changes. When available, upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Eligible searches consume a credit before supplier requests begin, including searches that return no results or supplier errors. Requests rejected before quota reservation do not consume a credit.
