Frequently asked questions
What counts as a search?
Each eligible search consumes one credit before supplier requests begin, regardless of the number of results or supplier errors. Requests rejected before quota reservation do not consume a credit.
Can I add my own supplier API keys?
Yes. Pro teams can add private API keys for any supported supplier. This gives you access to your negotiated pricing, contract stock, subject to your supplier agreement and the platform’s configured limits.
What happens if I hit the search limit?
Once your monthly limit is reached, searches are paused until the first day of the next calendar month. You can view usage in the dashboard and increase your quota by upgrading when self-service billing is available.
Do you support currencies other than EUR?
Yes. Teams can select EUR, USD, or GBP. Conversion uses a recent daily exchange-rate snapshot; prices without an available rate retain their original currency.
How does the REST API work?
Starter and Pro plans include API access with bearer token authentication. You can query in standard JSON mode or use Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time streaming results as each supplier responds.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
When self-service billing is available, you can manage your subscription from Team Billing. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
